IRON MAIDEN - Quest for Fire

A rough handdrawn illustration coloured and painted with photoshop and artrage demo.

This one is an illustration of a "not-a-wellknown" song, an epic one - a vveEERYy epic one - called "Quest for Fire". It talks about prehistoric times, about "men" battling each other to keep the supremacy of the flame... It talks about dinosaurs too (huuuu?)

Hi, I won't send you any IRON MAIDEN's picture as Eddie is copyrighted by IM holdings.
Let me explain why : some of my IM fanarts have been stolen and used for printing bootlegged albums and T-shirts and do commercial use with them... And the result is I have problems with IMholdings, cause they think I have sold my art...

Yay for lesser known songs on Piece of Mind! Personally, Still Life is one of my favourites... but Quest for Fire is also totally awesome. Great artwork! :D

yes, it's a french film from the 80' : la "guerre du feu" from Jean-jacques Annaud.
I saw this movie 3/4 times.
